The Experience

September's Harvest to Table Theme: Inflammation – Is Your Body on Fire?

The evening begins with a guided farm tour, providing a deeper understanding of seasonal produce and its culinary and health applications to inflammation and chronic illness.

After the tour, enjoy a live cooking demonstration and plating inspiration of the entrée by Chef Hari while engaging in nutrition insights from Dr. Becker. Guests will prepare their entrée, receive a plated salad, and indulge in Chef Hari’s flavorful dessert creation.
