Refund Policy Reminder: We're happy to issue a refund prior to the date by which our RSVP total is due to the restaurant - the day sales end (in this case 9/2). After that, the restaurant has ordered the food and we have committed to pay for that number of meals. Thank you for understanding.

If we do not reach 50 tickets sold for this event, ALL tickets will be refunded and the event canceled. :-(

IMPORTANT: In the event of severe weather, please keep an eye on our FB page, meetup page, your email, and/or the campaign updates. That's how we'll let you know if we have to postpone due to safety concerns. In the event of a postponement, your ticket will automatically be good for the new date. If you have a conflict for the new date, we'll happily issue a refund up until the RSVP deadline for that new date. :-)
