Adults Only: Sex in the Garden

Just in time for Valentine's Day, this entertaining, educational talk makes a great date night or fun for anyone as Janet D. Smith, a master naturalist, master gardener and native plant expert, describes what really goes on in our gardens: pollination. Learn how flowers lure insects to help with their reproduction and how they reward the pollinators. You'll never look at the garden in the same way.

The evening begins with a guided walk on the boardwalk. After Janet's program, gather around the firepit with s’mores and mocktails for the perfect ending. Bring your own seating to enjoy the fire.

When: Saturday, Feb. 14

Time: 4-7 p.m.

Cost: $20 for the program plus one s'more and one mocktail. Additional s'mores and mocktails available for purchase at the center. Includes admission.
