Boston-based Irish flute player Shannon Heaton will lead a workshop, then perform an intimate set of tunes, songs, and stories, taking listeners on a tour of places and people that keep Irish music alive. After the hour-long show, she will lead a traditional Irish music session for all levels.

Schedule and ticket prices

MAIN EVENT: House Concert: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. $20.

Workshop for Musicians: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
- Optional. Concert plus workshop ticket is $40
Irish Music Session: immediately after the show, ~8:15 pm.
- Free, optional. Musicians are welcome to participate. Others are welcome to listen!

In her solo shows, Shannon shares tunes, songs, and stories, taking listeners on a tour of places and people who keep Irish music alive. She is passionate about making traditional music approachable to a wide range of listeners. Onstage and with her culture podcast Irish Music Stories she brings people IN to Irish traditional music. She’s accessible, welcoming, and fun.
