About OK You

OK You works to address this country’s youth mental health crisis through creative practices that promote resilience and ongoing self-care habits. By supporting school counselors, community organizations, youth leaders, and others in trusted, culturally-specific roles with youth, we are able to multiply our impact with strategies that evolve and expand within communities. To date, more than 30,000 youth supporters have used our resources to inspire their students to create their own OK.
