Every successful leader begins somewhere. With the right opportunities, encouragement, and support, today’s students can become tomorrow’s leaders in risk management and insurance.

At Spencer Educational Foundation, we believe that investing in education means investing in the future of our industry. This Giving Tuesday, we’re inviting you to be part of that future. In 2026, Spencer awarded a record $1 million in scholarships to 125 students at 47 universities across North America. Behind each award is a student working toward a future in our industry—and a community that believes in their potential.

On December 1, we’ll join people around the world for a day dedicated to generosity. It’s an opportunity for the Spencer community to come together and create pathways for the next generation of risk management and insurance professionals.

DONATE TODAY! Thank you to all of our generous supporters.
