The Art of the Floral Cake: Valentine’s Day Floral Arranging Class

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a sweet, creative experience at 4Roots Farm, where cake artistry meets farm-fresh florals. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to beautifully decorate a 6” two-tier, heart-shaped cake using seasonal, edible flowers harvested from the farm in addition to piping using frosting that features farm-fresh ingredients.

Guided by expert instruction, you’ll explore floral composition, color balance, and placement techniques. Sip, snack, and enjoy the peaceful farm atmosphere while creating an edible work of art that’s almost too pretty to eat!
