Our hearts break for our family and friends in Ukraine; those who are in bomb shelters and who wake up in the middle of the night to air raid sirens, those who are voluntarily fighting against unmatched Russian forces, and those who have had to leave their homes with only a small bag to flee indescribable circumstances.
