A Letter from William: Stepping Up for Pink Paws for the Cause

Hi everyone,

A new year feels like the right time to focus on health, purpose, and giving back. This year, I’m challenging myself to run multiple half marathons — something that doesn’t come naturally to me, but helps me feel stronger and more grounded.

Caring for cats is an important part of my life. I work to TNR (trap-neuter-return) cats in my community, foster cats in need, and care for my own forever cats. Like many rescuers, I see how overwhelming the need can be — more cats than resources, more colonies than caretakers.

That’s why I’m raising funds for Pink Paws for the Cause, a unique Bay Area organization that supports independent rescuers and caretakers doing hands-on work in their communities. Their support has made a real difference in my rescue journey.
