Pachyonychia Congenita (PC) and related palmoplantar Epidermal Differentiation Disorders (pEDDs) are rare genetic disorders that causes severe pain, thick calluses, nail abnormalities, and mobility challenges that can affect nearly every aspect of daily life.

For many people living with PC, or Painful Calluses, every step matters.

That's why PC Project is launching Step Up for PC, our annual peer-to-peer fundraising campaign.

Our goal is to raise $60,000 to support:

• Research
• Genetic testing
• Patient support programs
• Physician education
• Awareness and advocacy

Every dollar raised helps connect patients, support families, advance research, and move us closer to better treatments and ultimately a cure. Our vision is a day when those who suffer from these disorders will live without isolation, embarrassment, and terrible pain.
