Stone Soup Café has taught me how to be a better person, to live with an abundance mindset, and to trust in the power of people to support one another.

I am its executive Director and Chef, I wear many hats and work long hours, the work is hard - and yet it is my heart work.

The Café ignited my passion for sharing food, being of service, and collaborating with our community to ensure that all are welcome to share nourishment, connection, and learning for body, mind, and spirit.

COVID exploded the need in our community, the Café has tripled its weekly meals and created Everybody's Community Store (an emergency food pantry). The termination of COVID supports and the effects of inflation have exacerbated people's ability to put nutritious food into their bodies.

The end of COVID supports also affected Stone Soup Café's funding streams.

Now more than ever, Stone Soup Café needs the members of our community and beyond to be donors. Perhaps you will sign up to be a monthly donor, or come and Pay-What-You-Can for your meal, or you will share an annual gift.
