It’s almost that time of the year again, SUMMER!! It is time to prepare for summer weights, speed, and agility training! As a staff, we are excited to begin the summer phase of our training regimen, and cannot wait to see the gains the athletes make over the summer months.

The fee for the entire summer weights program is $35.00/child-see below for payment information. This fee will go towards covering the cost of ONE Summer Weight room t-shirt, new equipment purchased, and continuing with the development of athletes through the Rack Performance software system used to track and monitor weight room performance and programming. The fee will also help to keep our weight room up-to-date with new equipment as we continue to serve more and more athletes. Please submit the online form and payment by May 29th.

Times- (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)

9-12th Boys- 6:00-7:15 AM

9th-12th Girls- 7:30am- 8:30 am

7-8th Boys & Girls- 8:30 am-9:30 am

Important Summer Dates- Summer Workouts are scheduled to begin June 2nd and End July 30th.
