On August 14th, we are challenging a local chef to create a mouthwatering meal based solely on rescued ingredients donated to Haven’s Harvest. Join Haven’s Harvest friends from around the New Haven region for a charming, unique event.

Come and meet fellow volunteers and donors who are working to keep good food out of landfills and move it to mouths who can eat it! You will be amazed at the results—and the work Haven’s Harvest is doing to ease food insecurity. All proceeds benefit Haven’s Harvest!

Haven’s Harvest is an environmental, non-profit organization with a mission to build community and reduce food waste, one food rescue at a time. We rescue 125,000 pounds of food per month on average. Our volunteer drivers utilize an easy app to communicate and track data, and we know our impact is growing exponentially as the cost of food expands. Food recovery is at the juncture of environmental justice and food insecurity. Help us keep growing!
