At A Child’s Light, we believe no child should carry the weight of trauma alone. Our mission is simple but powerful: to provide access to trauma therapy for children who have experienced abuse or other life-altering trauma—free of charge and without delay.

Founded in Chester County, Pennsylvania, we work hand-in-hand with law enforcement, schools, and community organizations to identify children in crisis and connect them with licensed trauma therapists. These sessions are fully funded by A Child’s Light, so families never have to worry about cost, waitlists, or navigating the system alone.

Healing from trauma isn’t just about therapy—it’s about restoring hope, trust, and a sense of safety. That’s why we move quickly, compassionately, and effectively to ensure every child gets the care they need to begin healing.
