Adaptive athletes show up every single day in gyms, in communities, and on competition floors across the country. They show up as beginners finding their footing for the first time. They show up as seasoned competitors pushing the limits of what's possible. And every single one of them deserves access, support, and a platform worthy of their effort.

The Adaptive Performance Project (TAPP) is raising $20,000 to make that possible.

TAPP exists for every person with a physical disability or functional limitation whether they are just beginning their fitness journey or competing at an elite level. We believe that functional fitness is for every body, and we are building the programs, partnerships, and community infrastructure to prove it. That means supporting athletes at the starting line just as much as we support them on the competition floor.

Adaptive competitive platforms local, regional, and national are where athletes go to test themselves, find their community, and show the world what they are capable of. These events require real infrastructure: proper equipment, accessible facilities, quality programming, and the kind of organizational support that says you belong here. Too often that infrastructure falls short, not because the athletes aren't ready, but because the resources aren't there.

That's the gap TAPP is here to fill.

This summer, events like the Adaptive CrossFit Games by WheelWOD one of the premier adaptive competition platforms in the country bring together athletes who have trained hard, competed seriously, and shown up fully. TAPP is committed to supporting competitions like this one, and others like it, so that adaptive athletes have the high-quality platforms their dedication deserves. Your donation helps us do exactly that showing up for these events and the athletes who compete in them.

Your donation funds TAPP's mission supporting adaptive athletes and the competitive platforms that serve them, from grassroots local events to national competitions. Every dollar is managed, reviewed, and approved by our board to ensure it directly serves our charitable mission and the athletes who depend on it.

Every dollar you give goes directly through TAPP, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Denver, Colorado (EIN: 33-4439000). Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
