❓What: Our goal is to raise funds so that we can provide 40 high school students from Kershaw County, Lee County, + Sumter Couty with access to SAT Test Prep - with no charge to them or their families. We need your help to make it happen! The SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) is one of the standardized test used for the college admissions process. It's important that we keep it 💯 and acknowledge that historically, this test has been known for being rooted in bias and racism. That said - we want to make sure that our students have the best possible chance at acing it if they have their sight set on higher education.

🤷🏾 Why: While some colleges have moved away from using test scores for admissions, many colleges and universities still consider SAT scores for scholarship consideration which still makes SAT prep a valuable resource for underrepresented students. We want to make sure they feel prepared and confident on test day.

📆 When: Our friend Tim, at Attest LLC will host 3 sessions throughout the month of November. Students must commit to attending all 3 sessions.

💻 Where: It's all online, baby! Students will be able to engage in the test prep sessions via a virtual communication platform. We'll be sure that they're all squared away with the information they need to join the sessions prior to the first meeting date.
