By participating in the Timrod Elementary School Color Run, participants and their families acknowledge that this is an active event that may include running, walking, color powder, outdoor conditions, and other activities. Participants understand and accept any risks associated with taking part in the event.

By participating, participants agree that Florence School District 1, Henry Timrod Elementary School (including administration and staff), the TES APT members, their partners, and volunteers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the event.

By participating, participants understand that no wheeled devices are to be used in the run. This includes, but is not limited to, skates, hoverboards, bicycles, scooters, etc. Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed.

No outside food or drink allowed. Water will be provided throughout the run.

Participation in this event confirms that all participants and families understand and accept these terms. This is a non-refundable purchase.
