Will you donate to help us complete Season 6 of THE GOOD ROAD?

There are great, "good" stories to tell that will restore your faith in humanity - and don't we need that right now?

If you ever wonder what really goes on in some of the darkest corners of the world (Rohingya refugees, elephant poaching, human trafficking, poverty alleviation), you find that our stories offer a view into places that very few people ever see. The characters we explore are TED Fellows, award winning humanitarians, and otherwise "Batman not Superman" authentic individuals who take on the world's toughest problems.

Inner-city slums, border camps for refugees, rural health clinics, and fully armed anti-poaching teams are some of the impossible situations we explore. We act as “philanthropologists” to find community, culture, and compassion alongside the people who see the world’s greatest problems and say, “I can fix that”.

Despite our recent TELLY Awards haul of 15 Statuettes, THE GOOD ROAD is struggling to complete Season 6, and we can only do it with your help!

Here's what these donations will allow us to do:

$50,000: We can scrape by with an abbreviated Season 6 (no new production, limited post-production, NO MARKETING)

$100,000: We can complete Season 6 in time to release on PBS in Q4 of 2025 (no additional location/stories)

$150,000: We are able to add 1-2 new story/locations

$200,000: Season 6 can include 2-3 new story/locations AND do some promotion/advertising.

Where we are right now

We already have 4 locations/episodes that we have filmed but are not yet "produced" (storyboard, edit, color, sound/music, etc). These episodes cover topics such as:

- Veterans (interview w/ Earl's F4 fighter pilot father who now has dementia, role of the VA system as well as heroes along the way)

- Trafficking / Prostitution (interviews with a Nashville-based residential woman's nonprofit, Thistle Farms)

and a whole lot more.
