THRIVE Cooperative Center for Wellness was founded by Fairfield County, Connecticut-based oncologist Dr. Neal Fischbach, who has long envisioned a space to support those impacted by cancer—physically, mentally, and spiritually. THRIVE officially opened its doors in 2024 to provide this vital care.

Our mission is to empower all people affected by cancer—patients and their caregivers alike—to THRIVE, from diagnosis, through treatment, and beyond. We are a vibrant, multidisciplinary center offering holistic wellness services that promote the physical and mental health of the entire cancer community.

At THRIVE, we believe that everyone impacted by cancer (regardless of type, stage, or background) deserves more than just survival; they deserve the chance to THRIVE. We aim to empower families with the resources, support, and knowledge needed to navigate the cancer journey with strength and confidence.

Our Four Pillars of fitness, nutrition, mental health, and educational programs are built on a community foundation providing hope and strength. Here, connections are made among survivors, caregivers, and those currently undergoing treatment. Together, we can rewrite the narrative and show that life can be full, vibrant, and exciting beyond a cancer diagnosis. At THRIVE, we harness the POWER of WE!
