Mommy's Heart has achieved significant milestones in 2024, marking a pivotal year for our organization. We've successfully onboarded our first licensed volunteer pro bono attorney to represent parents in New York courts, expanding our capacity to provide direct legal representation. This advancement allows us to move beyond assisting pro se litigants to offering full pro bono attorney services for parents in need.Looking ahead to January, we're set to reintroduce our legislation aimed at enhancing accountability and transparency in family courts, with added provisions to protect abuse survivors. Continue providing no-cost mental health and legal services
Expand our team of pro bono attorneys
