The Mandy Foundation was created in memory of a dear friend lost to suicide in 2017. As a suicide loss survivor, I know what it’s like to be left in the dark, searching for meaning, support, and healing. That experience became the spark that ignited a mission: to break the stigma surrounding mental health, advocate for change, and offer real support through education, coaching, and compassion.

We’re building something bold and vital. From suicide prevention education and postvention support to first responder wellness, behavioral health coaching, and community advocacy. TMF is lighting the way forward for those who are struggling.
