Great Food Creates Greater Impact!

Join Centre County United Way for Taste of the Town 2026, our signature annual fundraiser and one of Centre County’s most delicious traditions!

📅 Sunday, December 6, 2026
⏰ 5:00–8:00 PM
📍 The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center

Spend the evening sampling your way through 30+ area restaurants, eateries, and beverage partners while enjoying live entertainment, interactive experiences, exciting auctions, and plenty of surprises along the way.

Local radio personality Jeff Brown will guide us through the evening as emcee, Tammy Miller will bring the energy to our live auction, and Mint DJ will provide the soundtrack for the night. Guests can also explore our silent auction, take part in an interactive ALICE experience, and discover some of the incredible people and organizations working to strengthen Centre County every day.

More Than a Night Out

Every bite, every bid, and every ticket makes a difference.

Taste of the Town is Centre County United Way’s signature annual fundraiser, with proceeds helping support our network of local nonprofit partners and programs addressing Healthy Community, Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, and Community Resiliency.

Together, these programs and services reach more than 40,000 Centre County residents each year—including working individuals and families who are ALICE: Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed, earning above the federal poverty level but still struggling to afford the basic cost of living.

So come hungry. Bring your friends. Discover a new favorite local restaurant. Bid on something unforgettable. And know that while you’re enjoying one incredible evening, you’re helping create lasting impact for neighbors throughout Centre County.

Great food. Great company. Even greater community impact.

Because United is the Way™.
