Your Subscriber Benefits & What to Expect

To help you get the most out of your subscription, here are a few details new subscribers often ask about:

How do I reserve my subscription tickets?

We will send you a passcode to use to reserve your tickets to each show. You’ll log on to that show’s ticketing site, enter your passcode, and reserve seats for the performance date of your choosing (based on availability).

We will email you to remind you to reserve your seats when tickets go on sale, and again before opening, ensuring you can see shows before they sell out!

What does “reserved priority seats” mean?

Before the audience is invited into the theater for each show, our front-of-house team will check to see how many subscribers reserved tickets for that performance! They will then set out "reserved" signs for each subscriber in the seat we deem the very best view*, in the order that their tickets were reserved. The subscription seats will, in most cases, be seated near other subscribers — so you can chat with your neighbors about all your favorite Dacha memories!

For shows without "seats" (like Fall 2024's The Pomegranate Tree), we'll reserve you the best "zones" or areas of interaction. We might even reserve an exclusive experience for you!

*(Of course, our venues are very intimate, and there are no bad seats...!)

Where can I find show dates and details?

Season dates, venue information, and show descriptions will always be available on our website’s 10th Season page, which is updated as new information becomes available.

Can I purchase additional tickets?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to buy extra tickets for friends or family. Just make sure you either book them in the same transaction, or clarify in the notes that you will be together. That way our box office staff can reserve your seats together!

Is my subscription transferable?

If you can’t make a performance, you may transfer your subscriber ticket to someone else, just have them check in under your name at the door.
