It’s not always easy. Peer support can’t be quickly measured in clicks or views. It takes time, trust, and empathy. It’s face-to-face. It’s vulnerable. But that’s precisely what gives peer support such a powerful, lasting impact—how fundamentally, deeply personal and human it is.

Our speakers will share their experiences and answer your questions, and you'll leave with actionable tips for how to maintain your mental health during what can be one of the most joyful and difficult times of year.

What is The Support Network?

The Support Network empowers college students across the country to create an inclusive community and support each other’s identity, mental well-being, and day-to-day lives through peer-facilitated Weekly Groups and community events.

The TSN Approach

Launch: Starting a student organization is tricky. Especially when it comes to mental health and well-being. TSN partners with ambitious students and motivated administrators to help establish Support Networks and the associated campus communities.

Develop: TSN’s organizational guidance is supported by professional expertise in program management, psychology and mental health, data analytics, fundraising, marketing and nonprofit administration. This Campus Advisory helps organizations both scale and stick around for the long haul.

Collaborate: TSN facilitates connections between campuses, with Support Network alumni, the general public who are interested in the organization’s mission, and collaborative partnership opportunities with other mental health organizations and platforms.
