Story for the Campaign: Trap Sex Trivia

When two powerhouse organizations, The Braid Foundation and Love Doesn't Hurt, come together, magic happens. In Shelby County, TN, where the need for sexual health education, positivity, and stigma reduction is critical, we’re joining forces to launch Trap Sex Trivia—an exciting, culturally-centered initiative aimed at empowering Black and Brown communities to own their sexual health.

Imagine a space where laughter meets learning, where taboo topics become teachable moments, and where celebrating our bodies and choices becomes the new norm. Trap Sex Trivia brings the vibes of your favorite trivia night, blends it with trap music energy, and layers it with vital conversations about sexual wellness, STI prevention, and self-care.

Shelby County has one of the highest STI rates in the nation, and too often, these conversations are clouded by shame and silence. We're here to flip the script. By centering Black and Brown voices, we aim to break barriers, provide education, and build confidence—because sex positivity isn’t just empowering; it’s life-changing.
