Join Us in Making Mindfulness Accessible: Donate Now and Double Your Impact!

At the Open Dharma Foundation (ODF), we hold a steadfast belief that the profound benefits of meditation should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances. Every year, countless individuals seek spiritual refuge and personal transformation through meditation retreats. Yet, for many, financial barriers keep these opportunities out of reach. That's where you come in.

We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity to double your impact. A group of generous donors has pledged to match every dollar you donate—up to $10,000! Together, we can unlock the door to healing, growth, and community for those who need it most.

Since our inception, the Open Dharma Foundation has awarded over 100 scholarships, enabling more than 2,200 days of life-changing meditation retreats for financially needy meditators. Our recipients often come from minority and immigrant backgrounds and are deeply committed followers of the dharma. With your support, we can amplify their voices and journeys.

Hear From Those Whose Lives You've Touched:

One recipient expressed the transformative power of attending their first in-person retreat since 2019 thanks to your donations:

"It was such a gift to receive ODF funds that made it possible for me to attend my first in-person retreat since 2019. I am financially struggling, as I haven't had steady work in over six months. I would not have felt comfortable going on this retreat without receiving financial assistance, and now that I am on the other side of it, I can feel in an embodied way my own deserving of this support and access to sangha. I emerge from this retreat with a deeper sense of calm and the clear vision that this practice is a lifelong one for me. Thank you ODF for making this possible."

Another recipient shared the deep impact of being part of a physical Sangha for the first time:

"I went on my first meditation retreat thanks to ODF. It is an event that will remain deeply etched on my heart. Not only did I have several blissful days away from the hustle and bustle of my life, but I also met my meditation teacher and all other Sangha members in person, since up to that moment, we had only been meeting online. I am eternally grateful to ODF for making this possible."

Your contribution today will help empower individuals like these to continue their journey toward enlightenment and inner peace. The ripple effect of your generosity will touch lives, nurture communities, and build a more mindful and compassionate world.
