What you receive as a participant

●A 6 ft. table and 2 chairs in an 8' X 8' space to distribute products,
literature, and other information. You are encouraged to decorate
your table/display booth space any way you wish. Attendees and
judges will be voting for Best Decorated booth.
● Recognition and introduction at the event.
● Company name and logo featured on the event's promotional
materials and event program.
● The opportunity to be voted "Best Decorated Booth" by attendees
and judges. Winners will receive a plaque.
● Winners receive extra promos via Community Link's social media
and newsletter.
You must reply by December 27th in order to be listed in promotional materials. We look forward to your
participation!

WAIVER: I, the participant, as a representative of the business, the organization, or individual indicated on this application agree to follow the rules and regulations of the Taste of Northwest Business Expo. My signature also indicated that any and all of my employees, agents, or volunteers agree to exempt Community Link, the City of Saginaw, event sponsors, and any and all employees, volunteers of the same from liability or loss to our persons or possessions.
