Introduction to Yoga Workshop Series

Join us for two consecutive Saturday mornings (September 21 and 28, 10:30am – 12:00pm). Wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in, bring a notebook if you like to take notes. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat and towel. Most importantly bring an open mind, you CAN do this!
