Did you know more than 1/3 of college students struggle with depression, anxiety, loneliness, and other mental health issues? Often, these mental struggles of students go hidden. SKY at UIUC is dedicated to changing this narrative.

Our Impact So Far: Last academic year of 2023-3024, close to 200 students took the SKY Happiness retreat at UIUC. This academic year, we plan to roll out even more retreat and transform lives of many students, faculty, and staff on campus. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we're eager to continue with four more retreats this year.

A Challenge We Face: This academic year, due to cuts in University funding on student activities, our ability to sustain this vital program is at risk. This is where we need your support.
