TeachRock is thrilled to be an Official Charity Partner for the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half-Marathon! The energy is contagious as our amazing team- comprised of TeachRock educators, staff and supporters- prepare to take on each mile, raising vital funds to support TeachRock.

TeachRock improves students’ lives by bringing the sound, stories, and science of music to all classrooms.

From kindergarten to AP History, and from The Beatles to Beyoncé, TeachRock uses music to inspire student participation and authentic learning experiences in every school subject area. Through innovative programs and robust open educational resource offerings, TeachRock is helping districts create vibrant communities and reduce chronic absenteeism, office referrals, and other infractions. All through music.

TeachRock’s open educational resources help schools enrich their educational offerings without additional costs. TeachRock provides free, standards-aligned, arts-integrated resources that educators can easily weave into their curriculum. These resources include multimedia content, artist biographies, lesson plans, and full courses. Browse all of our resources, including lessons aligned to monthly themes and observances, at teachrock.org.
