Helpful Information:

MARKET VENDORS-if you are selling fruits or vegetables, please provide the physical location where these items were harvested by emailing ednabusinessassociation@gmail.com

-If you are selling eggs, please provide a copy of your permit by emailing ednabusinessassociation@gmail.com

-If you are selling items that require sales tax to be collected, please provide a copy of your sales tax certificate by emailing ednabusinessassociation@gmail.com

-If you are selling baked goods, canned items, or similar items please provide a copy of your Food Handler’s Card by emailing ednabusinessassociation@gmail.com

-Booths Space is 10ft x 10ft

-Set up must start by 12pm

-Must have cars moved from Main Street by 2pm

-Main Street will be closed (from Allen St to Wells/Hwy 111) from 3pm-9pm

-Your location is “first come, first serve”

-Everyone will be along the sidewalks in front of the Courthouse (parallel to Main Street).

-You are NOT ALLOWED to stake in the courthouse lawn. If you are erecting a tent, please bring sandbags, bricks, etc. to secure your tent.

HOT FOOD VENDORS as of now, we have you set up near the Edna Theatre. This is subject to change. No tables or chairs are provided so serving food that is easy to hold and eat is encouraged

EVERYONE-Please be prepared to supply your own power, tables, lighting and anything you will need to run your booth

-If you feel like your need lighting, please bring your own battery operated/rechargeable

If you have any questions or need anything while you are there, find someone walking around wearing a VOLUNTEER shirt.
