At Cross Roads, we strive to be "hope dealers"—walking alongside individuals who have been impacted by homelessness, addiction, incarceration, personal crisis, and other life-altering challenges. Through our dedicated team of Friend Volunteers, we provide compassionate mentorship, encouragement, accountability, and practical support to those seeking a new direction.

Our mission is to reflect the friendship and love of Christ by meeting people where they are and helping them take meaningful steps toward healing and restoration. Through faith, fellowship, character development, pastoral care, and second chance employment opportunities, we build relationships that inspire hope and lasting change.

Together, we are helping people awaken to hope, break free from the undertow of life's struggles, and establish a strong, Christ-centered foundation supported by a caring community. Every life restored is a testimony to God's grace and the power of faithful relationships.
