IFM provides health care at no out-of-pocket charge to our STL neighbors in need, but there are often additional costs such as medical and lab tests and medications that aren't covered for our uninsured or under-insured patients. We just found out that our funding source that helped off-set these costs is ceasing operations and we need help to raise funds to help our patients!
