BIOGRAPHY: Gabriella Guerra (she/her) is a research strategist, systems thinker, and strategic communication specialist who helps values-driven professionals articulate their impact with clarity and confidence. She created The CLEAR Tool and authors Navigating the Now, a Substack exploring adaptability, systems change, and meaning-making in times of transition.

Gabriella holds a Psychology degree from Stanford University, with academic emphases in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity (CSRE), ethnolinguistics, education, and visual storytelling. Her work blends data strategy, narrative development, and social impact communications to support equity-centered and data-informed storytelling grounded in shared values.

Beyond her strategy and writing, Gabriella leads and collaborates on multimedia storytelling and community-building projects rooted in narrative integrity and a commitment to honoring the voices and values of marginalized communities. Most recently, she co-produced Get to Know LIDERAMOS!, an impact-driven video highlighting Latinx leadership, under the leadership of Executive Producer Tina Plaza Whoriskey of T Plaza Communications.
