🎃 Tiny Monsters. BIG Medical Bills!

A Halloween Pet Costume Contest Benefiting the #TrailerBabies!

Six tiny orphaned bottle puppies. Some very BIG medical challenges. And one fierce community that can help change their future. ❤️

Our six precious #TrailerBabies have had an incredibly difficult start to life. Instead of spending their puppyhood discovering toys, learning to play, and getting into the kind of trouble only puppies can, they're battling serious medical problems.

All six are undergoing treatment for a severe, inflammatory fungal skin infection, with a presumptive diagnosis of Trichophyton (a particularly nasty inflammatory ringworm). Their little bodies have been painfully swollen and inflamed, with areas of skin literally sloughing away. Treatment is underway, with additional testing, medications, and multiple specialist visits still ahead.

Our sweet Fritter is also facing significant neurological and possible vision problems. He needs a neurology consultation, and advanced diagnostic imaging may follow.

And now Figgy is being treated for suspected aspiration pneumonia, while we await a radiologist's review of concerning findings that could indicate a congenital vascular abnormality called persistent right aortic arch (PRAA). If confirmed, she may need specialized surgery.

In just over a week, we've already spent $2,780.85 on these babies, with at least two more $1200 dermatology visits, ongoing medications, Fritter's neurology consultation, and potentially much... MUCH more ahead.

They deserve to grow up. They deserve warm beds, loving families, squeaky toys, stolen slippers, and long, happy lives.

And we're doing everything in our power to give them that chance.

❤️ A Little Halloween Fun. A Whole Lot of Hope.

Whether you enter the contest, donate toward their medical care, or simply share this fundraiser with your friends, you're helping us fight for six little lives who have barely begun living.

They don't know what a veterinary bill is. They don't know how hard we're fighting for them.

They just know they want to feel better, play, be cuddled, and be loved.

Thank you for helping us give them the future they deserve.

With love and gratitude,

The Pawsitive Restorations Animal Rescue Team ❤️🐾
