Our 12-week Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Program prepares 10 workforce-ready learners (ages 18–24) for apprenticeships and long-term, sustainable careers. Participants receive hands-on training in: tool use, site safety, blueprint reading, construction fundamentals, and essential job-readiness skills. Each learner earns an OSHA 10 certification and receives vital supports such as stipends, PPE, and transportation.

This program opens the door to high-wage construction careers, where starting pay ranges from $25–$40 per hour and opportunities continue to grow across the housing and infrastructure sectors.

We aim to raise $107,000 to fully fund one 10-student cohort, including instructors, materials, certifications, and program overhead.

Your support ensures training is accessible for young adults facing employment barriers, and helps us provide them with the skills and confidence needed to enter apprenticeship pathways. Comparable programs see 90%+ placement rates, and every $10,000 funds one complete participant journey from training to job readiness.
