Since its inception in 2023, Trout Rodeo has raised $69,106 - allowing under-funded music programs nationwide to receive brand new instruments and providing music teachers with the tools and resources they need to ignite a life-long passion for music in young hearts and minds.

2026 Trout Rodeo is here! This year’s Trout Rodeo Band features a stellar group of musicians comprised of founder Arthur Hancock IV, Daren Shumaker, Kip Worthington and Rob Weiman.

Please join us for this annual fundraiser, championed by long-time friends Arthur Hancock IV and Ennis, MT fly fishing guru Joe Dilschneider, which plays a key role in supporting Can’d Aid’s work nationwide. We’ll spend several days fly-fishing the Madison River, culminating with a star-studded bluegrass performance at Burnt Tree Brewing in Ennis, MT on July 30th. Every dollar raised will benefit Can’d Aid’s programs.

Through their Instruments for Change program, Can’d Aid donates new musical instruments to public school music programs in need, provides Music Teacher Grants to under-funded school music programs nationwide and provides once-in-a-lifetime performances for students from their nationally recognized Tunes Ambassadors while on tour. These magic moments allow musicians to share their personal journeys with students, provide hands-on musical experiences and open their eyes to vibrant genres such as bluegrass, funk, and Americana.
