THE TEAM

Most of these U14 players have been with the Tampa Rangers for years, many since they were young. They didn't arrive as finished products from bigger programs. They were developed here, on these fields, by these coaches, against teams that frequently had more resources, more players, and louder reputations.

Tampa Rangers has always operated differently. Nestled between some of the region's largest soccer organizations, this club never tried to compete on size. No recruiting pitches. No promises it couldn't keep. Just development, done right, for kids who love the game.

They get underestimated. Then they get to work.

This summer, that approach produced something this group has never done before. They qualified for the 2026 USYS National Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is the highest level of competition in US Youth Soccer for this age group.

A small, development-first club. Nationals. That's the whole story.

WHY WE'RE ASKING

The total cost of travel, lodging, ground transportation, and fees for players and coaches is $38,000. We're asking the community to help raise $15,000. Players are doing their part to cover the remaining funds themselves through additional fundraising events. The Tampa Rangers has never prioritized revenue over access, and this campaign exists to make sure that a group of kids who earned this moment get there without it becoming a financial burden on the families who believed in this club.
