An anonymous donor has agreed to match all donations up to $5,000 to support the purchase of medical supplies for our partner, long time volunteer Doctor Viktor Panfilov, at Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital based in Kremenets, Ukraine. The Ukrainian Cultural Association of Ohio (UCAO) has been sending him tourniquets and blood clotting bandages, which he then supplies to medics who take them to the front lines.

Through the generosity of our donor, we have the opportunity to raise up to $10,000! Please help us reach our goal.

We strongly adhere to recommended NATO standards while procuring first line life-saving products like tourniquets and hemostatic agents. They may not save limbs, but they do save lives in this fight for democracy.
