About Upstate Circle of Friends

UCF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering children, families, seniors, and veterans particularly in District 25, where access to essential services is limited. We provide year-round support through education, youth mentorship, job readiness, food security, senior enrichment, and wellness programs.

Recently opened, the Unity Health Wellness Hub on the Upstate Circle of Friends campus is aimed at closing long-standing gaps in health care access. The Hub delivers affordable, whole-person services right in the heart of District 25: preventive physical and mental health care, wellness programs, and support regardless of ability to pay. It’s a milestone for our community.

Your support will also sustain our signature VetForward initiative, which helps veterans transition back into civilian life with job training, mental health services, and social reintegration support.
