The Harrill family has walked closely with Christ through their own pediatric cancer journey with their daughter Maddie. Maddie was a fierce lover of life - observant, fearless, patient, and kind. She cherished her school, church, dance class, books, rock star boots, dresses, hair bow, and anything princess -related. Above all, Maddie adored her mom and dad.

Maddie was diagnosed with cancer in October 2007. Sadly, in 2008 she relapsed and passed away within a few weeks. In true Maddie fashion, she comforted her mom saying, "Mommy, why are you crying? Heaven is a good place." Maddie's short but meaningful life left a lasting impact on many, and her legacy continues to inspire.

Her sister Gracie, now a freshman at Concord Christian School, is an exceptional student with a love for basketball and Jesus. As a member of Triple F, Gracie has fallen in love with the No Athlete Left Behind (NALB) program and is passionate about helping at-risk kids achieve their goals, and break life cycles.

The goal of this golf charity is to raise funds for NALB to serve more at-risk youth in our community, and to honor Maddie Harrill's legacy through Gracie's love of sports and faith in Jesus. We are beyond humbled and grateful that Gracie has brought this cause to the table and that the Harrill family has chosen to partner with NALB to further our mission.
