THROUGH YOUR DONATION WE BUILD:

We host Community Conversations and events throughout the year, providing an inclusive platform for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to engage in meaningful dialogue. These sessions often feature panel discussions with experts, artists, and community leaders, allowing attendees to gain diverse perspectives and practical insights. Interactive elements such as Q&A segments, collaborative activities, and breakout discussions encourage active participation and a sense of collective problem-solving.

We expand students' knowledge of the arts by providing hands-on and immersive experiences through interactive exhibition tours and dynamic workshops. These programs aim to inspire a lifelong appreciation for the arts while enhancing their creative and analytical skills.

We build the success of young student artists through a $1,000.00 scholarship to a graduating senior, college/trade school student who excels academically and is studying the arts.

We are dedicated to uplifting artists and fostering sustainable career pathways through mentorship, work opportunities, and contractual engagements. Our mentorship programs provide emerging artists with the guidance and tools necessary to navigate their careers effectively. Additionally, we actively create and promote work opportunities for artists, including event collaborations, commissioned projects, and public showcases, ensuring that their talents are both recognized and rewarded. We also prioritize building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with local businesses and vendors. By collaborating with these entities, we support the local economy, integrate diverse perspectives into our programming, and ensure the resources needed to execute our initiatives are sourced from within the community.

Family Legacy with Photography is a program by A Reflection of Me, Inc. that empowers underserved families to preserve their stories and heritage through professional photography sessions. It combines creative expression with educational workshops on topics like financial planning, health, and generational wealth-building, fostering both personal and communal growth. By providing families with a keepsake legacy portrait and essential knowledge, the program inspires participants to embrace their identities while planning for a prosperous future.

We've built the culture of preserving family photos, conduct photography workshops, and Power of Image in rural communities in Haiti.
