The Jubilee Ward Circle of Central United Methodist Church is pleased to host Feast for the Spirit, a communitywide event for women. For more than twenty years, this gathering has brought women together for fellowship, spiritual reflection, and charitable outreach. What began as a small event in Central UMC's Coltrane Room has grown into a well-attended tradition that continues to have a meaningful impact across our community. Last year’s event welcomed more than 200 women.

This year, all proceeds will benefit 1CAN, a local nonprofit organization working to reduce food insecurity among children, seniors, and families in Cabarrus County. By distributing food and essential items without applications, qualifications, or barriers, 1CAN ensures that support is available to anyone who needs it.

We are honored to welcome Concord's own Jennifer Parsley Hubbard as our guest speaker. As Concord's first woman city council member, Jennifer is a distinguished and inspirational leader. She has a rare gift for making people feel truly seen, fully present in the moment, and genuinely valued. A natural connector with a deep love for people and her community, she believes the most meaningful work is rooted in relationships and sustained by trust.
