It's not too late to invite more friends to join the fun! Please forward this email to anyone who might be interested in joining in on the fun. Be sure to let them know that ticket prices will increase on Tuesday, July 29th.

Your All-Inclusive Ticket Includes: Your ticket covers everything you need for a great time, including delicious food, a mine tours, kid focused activities, and your first “adult” drink. When you check in at the event, you'll be able to sign up for your mini mine tour slot. Please remember that the mine tour takes you underground, where the temperature is a constant 45 degrees Fahrenheit, so dress accordingly!

Menu Highlights: We'll be serving up classic picnic favorites, including hamburgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers, along with a wide array of fresh salads and fixings. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, our grill master will be on hand to speak with you directly and ensure you have a wonderful meal.

Don't miss our S'mores Bar, which will be available starting at 6:15 PM – perfect for a sweet treat as the evening winds down!

Drinks: All adult attendees will receive their first drink for free! Beer, wine, and additional cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the event.

What if it Rains? The Mountain Top Picnic is a rain-or-shine event! We have a large covered awning to ensure everyone stays comfortable, no matter the weather.

Clothing & Attire: Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, so we recommend being prepared for a variety of conditions. Layers are always a good idea! Specifically, if you plan to participate in the mine tour, you'll definitely want to be dressed for the 45-degree temperature for the duration of your time underground.
