United by LEE’s Resilient LEE Initiative is a four-part, community-led series designed to bring together residents of Lee-Harvard, Shaker Heights, and surrounding neighborhoods to reflect on our shared history, strengthen relationships, and build a more connected future.

For decades, physical and social barriers have shaped how our communities experience one another. Resilient LEE creates intentional spaces for youth, families, elders, and community leaders to come together through dialogue, storytelling, and creative placemaking.

Cross-community gatherings that foster dialogue and understanding
Youth civic leadership development, including student stipends and meals
Community Quilt and storytelling projects that preserve local history
