Our Weekly debuted in January 2005 with a distribution of 50,000 every Thursday. Our Weekly Los Angeles is home delivered and rack distributed in Baldwin Hills, Ladera, Windsor Hills, View Park, Lafayette Square, Blair Hills, Baldwin Vista, Liemert Park, Inglewood, Gardena and Carson. We have been consistent in delivering thoughtfully researched and written articles to keep you, our readers informed on pertinent news and information which particularly impacts African-Americans. Our articles are compelling and cutting edge. We write about what resonates with our readers, and we do not shy away from tough or controversial subject matters.

Our cover art is carefully crafted, often requiring layers of detail to bring forward striking, artistic, and sometimes political messaging; all of which readers find intriguing which gives OW coffee table status/shelf life. But, we don't stop there with our beautiful covers as it does not escape us that content is king. We pride ourselves in the quality and accuracy of our content.

For many newspapers across the country advertising budgets have decreased, and many of the advertisers have turned to digital as a means to market their product.
