After years of service in the U.S. Navy, Darius faced a new challenge, a cross-country move with his family while searching for his next opportunity.

A fellow reservist introduced him to INvets, where he connected with Veteran Engagement Manager Brayden Johnson.

“Brayden is a godsend. He consistently checked in, offered assistance, and kept me updated with employment opportunities. Because of him, my stressful move had light at the end of the tunnel.”

Today, Darius and his family are thriving, proof that veterans need more than a plan; they need people who care.

After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Haley was ready for her next chapter. Transitioning into a new industry wasn’t easy, but with help from INvets team members Andrew and Chaze, she found the direction and confidence she needed.

“After relocating and trying to break into new industries, I got great insight from both Andrew and Chaze. Using their best practices, I was able to better position myself for the roles I applied for!”

Now, Haley is thriving in her civilian career, bringing her leadership and discipline to a new field — and inspiring others to do the same.
