Siloam Missionary Homes has been blessed with many faithful supporters and donors over the years. As of 2024 we have 12 missionary homes and 3 staff homes that have been constructed and are completely debt free. The majority of our homes were built between 20 and 30 years ago and are in need of updating and repair.

We currently have two homes (both two story homes) in need of new shingles and new siding and have a five year schedule to begin updating the interiors of the homes as well. Interior updates will include new paint, updating light fixtures and bathroom fixtures, and may include new flooring or updates to cabinetry, if needed.

While we anticipate much of the work will be done by staff and volunteers we will still need to purchase the majority of the materials. Would you consider helping us with these expenses as they exceed our normal annual maintenance budget. We anticipate that the total cost of these renovations and updates will average about $50,000 a year if shingles and siding have to be updated as well.
