For decades, the Osborn Aquatic Center has been more than a pool – it has been the heartbeat of Corvallis. A place where children learn to swim, families make memories, teens find belonging, athletes chase their dreams, and people of every age discover movement, wellness, and joy.

Now, Osborn needs its community.

Voices for Osborn formed because this facility matters – to our kids, our parents, our seniors, our athletes, our economy, and to the sense of community that makes Corvallis home. Our goal is simple: ensure Osborn remains strong, safe, and thriving for decades to come.

Voices for Osborn is a community-driven group dedicated to supporting the Osborn Aquatic Center Capital Campaign, launched in winter 2026. We bring together engaged community members, City Staff, and representation from the Friends of Corvallis Parks and Recreation to champion the long-term future of this essential community resource.

Pool Funding and Construction Update

The Corvallis School District Board of Directors has approved a construction bid to begin structural repairs on the Osborn Aquatic Center, moving the facility closer to reopening.

At its July 1 meeting, the Board accepted the recommended competitive bid from Eagle Mountain Construction for $5,212,000.00. The project focuses on essential repairs, including structural roof work, HVAC replacement, and safety compliance upgrades required to reopen the facility.

Project updates will be posted on the District’s website as work progresses.
