For more than 20 years, Voz has been Oregon’s only Worker Center, a safe haven and organizing home for immigrant day laborers. Our members include undocumented workers, refugees, and migrants from around the world who carry the weight of the economy on their backs, yet too often they are detained, exploited, and treated as disposable.

Voz is on the frontlines every day, defending dignity, building leadership, and creating pathways to justice. Beyond connecting workers to fair jobs, we build leaders. We provide sanctuary, language justice, workforce development, climate resilience training, and collective protection. At Voz, those most impacted lead the way because real change comes from the ground up. That is the meaning of Solo El Pueblo Salva al Pueblo — only the people will save the people.
